Groundsman / Ground Support
Based in the McMinn/Meigs County area
The backbone of our operation. You'll be working hard on the ground to keep the site safe, clean, and moving efficiently.
What you’ll do:
Dragging brush, feeding the chipper, staging gear, site cleanup, and assisting the operators and trimmers.
What we’re looking for:
Extreme physical stamina, a great attitude, and reliable transportation. Chainsaw experience is a big plus, but a willingness to hustle and learn is mandatory.
Experienced Tree Trimmer / Climber
Based in the McMinn/Meigs County area
Looking for professionals who know how to take a tree apart safely and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
Precision canopy trimming, hazardous removals, and working seamlessly alongside our bucket trucks and skid steers.
What we ’re looking for:
Verifiable experience in the tree care industry. You must understand rigging, drop zones, and standard safety protocols.
